1 cup mixed beans (soaked and cooked) or 1 can of mixed beans washed well
1 teaspoon avocado oil (or oil of choice)
1 stalk fresh parsley
2 teaspoons raw apple cider vinegar
1 pinch cayenne pepper
herbal salt (to taste)
1. Blend all ingredients and serve!
