From 23 May 2022, as an existing weekly step goal user, you’ll need 7,000 steps per day to complete your Live Better weekly step goal. Those extra steps may help improve your health and wellbeing (and burn off those Easter treats). New weekly step goal users who join after 16 May 2022 will see the change implemented from the day of joining.
