You can register for My Medibank online or on the app.
To register for My Medibank on the app, you'll need to download the app first. Your device needs to be running iOS 16 or above, or Android 10 or above. If not, please follow the instructions for How to register for My Medibank on the web.
To register for My Medibank, you need to be a Medibank member (ie. have Medibank health insurance). The details you use must be the same as what you use on your policy.
My Medibank uses multi-factor authentication. Multi-factor authentication is an extra layer of security for your My Medibank login. Along with your password, we'll use your email address and mobile number to verify your login. This helps prevent unauthorised persons logging on to My Medibank.
