No out-of-pocket information available for a doctor?
Currently, out-of-pocket information is only available for doctors who have submitted 90% or more of all claims electronically to Medibank. Doctors who have submitted more than 10% of all claims manually to Medibank in the past 12 months will not have out-of-pocket information displayed.
