7. To receive the discount, members of Medibank Private Limited (Medibank) must present their Medibank Membership Card physically at Palace Cinemas.
8. Entry is restricted to existing or new Medibank members or who have a current and paid membership at the time of purchase. Medibank members who are in arrears or who have taken out cover notes but not paid for the policy will be disqualified.
9. Palace Cinemas reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, Medibank membership details, age and place of residence).
10. Members’ personal information is collected to enable registration for the Palace Cinemas promotion. Your personal information is covered by the Palace Privacy Policy and will not be disclosed to any other party without your consent.
