Current Product Disclosure Statement (PDS)
For Essential Pet Care, Ultimate Pet Care and Emergency Pet Care customers:
This PDS applies to new policies purchased on or after 15 April 2021 and renewal policies commencing on or after 15 April 2021.
Previous Product Disclosure Statement (PDS)
This PDS applies to Bronze, Silver, and Gold policies which have not been renewed since 22 October 2015
Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement (SPDS)
This SPDS applies to Bronze, Silver, and Gold Cover policies dated or renewing from 22 October 2015
