Overnight avocado, coconut and lemon ‘cheesecake’ recipe

Ingredients

Nothing beats using your own fresh produce or materials around the house.
If you’re missing a thing or two, tick the items you need to add to your shopping list.
  • For the crust (which is optional):
  • For the ‘mousse’

    Send the shopping list straight to their inbox.

    What to do

  • For the crust

  • 1. Blend until you reach your desired consistency.

  • 2. Pop this into the base of your glass or dish.

  • For the mousse

  • 1. Throw all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.

  • 2. Pour over your base and leave in the fridge overnight or on the bench for 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to soften.
