What you’ll need:

Alfalfa sprouts

Bean sprouts

Salad leaves

Sauerkraut

Raw nori

Avocado (mashed)

Zucchini (sliced thinly)

Carrot (grated)

Red cabbage (sliced)

Sauce:

Tahini (1 tablespoon)

Chili powder (to taste)

Miso (1 tablespoon)

Dates (2)

Lemon juice (1/2  lemon)

Garlic (1 small clove)
