Nothing beats using your own fresh produce or materials around the house.
If you’re missing a thing or two, tick the items you need to add to your shopping list.

What to do

    1. Set aside a portion of the shredded cocount for step two. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend for 1 minute. Place the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.

    2.  Form the chilled mixture into small balls and roll them in the remaining shredded coconut. Place on a tray lined with baking paper and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or until firm. One bliss ball is one serve.

Tip: These can be kept in the fridge or the freezer in an airtight container, or wrapped individually in aluminium foil as a quick take away snack.
