Protein ice cream recipe

An easy, refreshing sweet treat – with a little kick of protein to fuel you up.

What to do

    1. Put the ricotta, yoghurt, protein powder and vanilla in a bowl. Mix until well combined.

    2. Transfer to a freezer-proof container and freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
