Health concierge

Personalised health support that can help eligible hospital members prepare and plan for pregnancy and parenthood. It includes prenatal and postpartum check-in calls and you can speak to a qualified health professional whenever you need, free of charge on 1800 789 414. #

Sleep and settling support line

Our sleep and settling support line, delivered by Tresillian’s specialist nurses, is here to help eligible members with hospital cover, at no extra cost on 1800 973 573. ∓

OptimalMe

Medibank has partnered with Monash University to create OptimalMe, a research program designed to help mums-to-be optimise their health before they conceive. The program features tailored health and wellbeing tips and personal guidance on fitness and nutrition. If you’re planning to have a baby in the next 12 months you may be eligible to take part.

Mental Health Support Line

It’s not every day you bring a new life into the world. Sometimes, it might feel a little overwhelming. Members with eligible hospital cover can call our Mental Health Support Line to talk to a professional free of charge on 1800 644 325.~

∓    The Medibank sleep support line is available to eligible members with Bronze hospital cover and above. Excludes Overseas Visitor Health Cover, Working Visa Health Cover and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC). Waiting periods may apply. Some referred services may involve out of pocket costs.

~    OSHC members should call the Student Health and Support Line on 1800 887 283.
