Blend up a revitalising morning feast – this porridge is bursting with flavour and goodness.
1 cup quinoa flakes
1 cup mixed berries
1-2 tablespoons manuka honey
1 cup Greek yoghurt, or milk
1. Place all ingredients into a small food processor or blender and blitz until incorporated. Eat immediately.
