Change can be so revitalising, bringing new energy and excitement into your life. It can also be really, really hard. A lot of the time, it’s both at once.

Sometimes it’s a change you’ve chosen – a goal you want to achieve, a new direction to explore. Sometimes it’s a challenge life has just thrown at you, forcing you to find the strength and resourcefulness to adapt. Either way, you learn and grow, and it makes you who you are.
