This March, workplaces around Australia are celebrating cultural diversity with A Taste of Harmony.
Created by the Scanlon Foundation, this fun and delicious event encourages colleagues to bring in a dish from their cultural backgrounds to share. By bringing people together to savour tastes from around the globe, it's a simple way to foster social cohesion, inviting us to connect, learn about each other's heritage, and appreciate the different experiences and stories we all bring to the workplace.
There’s no fee or fundraising involved – just pick a date in the week of 20-30 March and get everyone to start thinking about what dish they’ll bring.
