Members with Hospital cover can talk with a mental health professional over the phone in relation to any mental health or emotional concern, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. ¹
Mental health support telehealth consultations
Medibank members with extras cover that includes mental health support, can now claim for individual psychology consultations via telehealth, and individual, couple and family counselling consultations via telehealth. Check your cover summary to see if mental health support is included on your extras cover, and what annual limits apply. Benefits are paid towards Medibank recognised Counsellors only.

With your doctor's support, eligible members can choose whether a treatment is delivered in the hospital or home, with a range of services, such as rehabilitation and chemotherapy.³
