    Immunity Boosting Winter Juice recipe

    When the cooler weather hits, there’s nothing better than a fresh juice to boost immunity.

    Serves: 2


    1 orange, peeled and with the pith removed

    4 large carrots

    1x 4 cm piece of ginger, peeled

    2 stalks of celery

    ½ lemon, peeled and with the pith removed

    2 beetroots

    (Add 1 large apple if you prefer your juice a little sweeter)
