Ever read the ingredients of packaged muesli? Full of sugar, oil and preservatives. Not this muesli! This recipe is so easy, and the finished product lasts for weeks in the pantry (if you don’t eat it by then…)
3 cups of rolled oats (use gluten free oats for a GF option)
1 handful of sultanas/ raisins
1 handful of pepitas and sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of dried apricots, sliced
1/2 cup of raw almonds
1/2 cup of dried apple rings, sliced
3 tablespoons raw honey
1. Mix ingredients in a bowl, drizzle in honey and stir until well coated.
2. Pour ingredients on a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray, and spread the mix out so that the tray is completely covered.
3. Put in the oven at 180 °C for about 5-10 minutes, until golden brown.
Store in an airtight container.
