The latest Medibank Better Health Index shows that overall, Aussie men are healthier than women when it comes to fitness. According to our data, men are more likely to have exercised in the last three months, and were found to exercise more often overall. Walking was found to be the most popular form of exercise for both men and women, followed by the gym/weight training.
