Who has a better diet: women or men?

We dig through the MBHI data to find out.

Aussie women were found to have better overall nutrition than men, according to the latest Medibank Better Health Index. Women were found to be more calorie aware, more likely to follow low fat diets, and were more likely to eat vegetables on a regular basis. Perhaps unsurprisingly, men were also found to make more visits to fast food chains than women.
