Superfood grain bowl recipe
A fresh and flavoursome salad with avocado, walnuts, sweet potato and more.

What to do
1. Steam broccoli florets over boiling water for 5 minutes until just tender.
2. Pierce sweet potato with a fork all over and microwave for 5 minutes until cooked through. Once cool, cut into cubes.
3. Meanwhile, make the dressing: whisk red wine vinegar, honey lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper together to combine.
4. Assemble bowl: arrange grains alongside sweet potato, broccoli and chickpeas. Top with avocado and walnuts. Drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with sesame seeds and sprouts. Serve immediately.
