  • 1. Throw everything except the chia (including the spinach, wheatgrass, and chlorella boosters) into your blender and blast on high until well combined.

  • 2. Tweak the ginger, cayenne, and stevia to taste.

  • 3. Strain the mixture using a filtration bag, nut milk bag, or fine-mesh strainer.

  • 4. Enjoy immediately over ice or whisk in the chia seeds and chill in the fridge for a couple of hours.
