Prep Time: 5 mins
Nothing beats using your own fresh produce or materials around the house. If you’re missing a thing or two, tick the items you need to add to your shopping list.
1 large ripe Cavendish banana, peeled, chopped
30 g baby spinach leaves
½ cup (85 g) chopped fresh or frozen mango
1 cup chilled coconut water
¼ cup greek yoghurt
2 teaspoons honey
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass. Serve.
3 medjool dates, pitted, chopped
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup chilled full cream milk
¼ cup Greek yoghurt
Extra cocoa powder to serve
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass. Dust with extra cocoa. Serve.
