What to do
The night before:
1. Mix oats, apple juice and cinnamon well and place in an airtight container.
2. Place in the fridge and sleep well knowing your breakfast will taste amazing.
The morning of:
3. Save a wedge of the green apple (for decoration later) and finely grate the remainder.
4. Add the grated apple, almonds and honey to the oat mixture and combine. Serve with yogurt and top with passionfruit, garnish with thinly sliced apple and you’re done!
