Most health covers allow a percentage of your costs to be claimed back on extras at Members' Choice providers (up to a specified Limit). Here's a quick example of how it works:
Your Remedial massage costs $80. Your cover allows you to claim 60% up to an annual combined Limit of $150. That means you can claim $48 for each of your first three massages.
