Cherry smoothie recipe

Cool down this summer with a low-fat smoothie packed full of cherry superpowers.

Serves: 1

Ingredients

1 cup fresh cherries, pitted

1 cup low fat milk/soy milk

3 tablespoons vanilla low-fat yoghurt

¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1 tablespoon linseed, sunflower and almond (LSA) meal

Method

1. Blend all ingredients for smoothie goodness.
