1 can (400g) cannellini beans
1 tablespoon tahini
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup water
1 sprig thyme (discard stem)
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder (more if you like it hot)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Drain and rinse cannellini beans.
2. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
3. Blend until smooth (you may need to add a little more olive oil or water depending on the consistency).
4. Serve in a bowl and enjoy with your choice of dipping too
