What to do

  • 1. In a small stovetop pot, cook quinoa as per packet instructions.

  • 2. Once cooked, add cinnamon and milk and simmer on a low heat.

  • 3. Add blueberries and chia seeds and stir through for five minutes.

  • 4. Transfer to a bowl and top with goji berries, pumpkin seeds and extra chia seeds (edible flowers optional).
