Nothing beats using your own fresh produce or materials around the house. If you’re missing a thing or two, tick the items you need to add to your shopping list.
2 slices sourdough bread
½ ripe avocado
1 ripe sweet persimmon
Salt and pepper (optional)
Remove persimmon Calyx (stem), rinse and thinly slice lengthways then halve the rounds.
Layer persimmon on top of avocado.
Taste and enjoy!
