Not only are acai bowls absolutely delicious, they are also super high in antioxidants and full of lots of body loving nutrients.
1 smoothie pack of frozen acai (my favourite is Purple Foods)
1.5 frozen bananas
1 tbs raw cacao powder
Berries, sliced banana, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, bee pollen, goji berries, apple, peach, granola or activated buckinis and chopped nuts.
1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender or Thermomix until nice and smooth with the consistency of soft serve.
2. Spoon into a bowl and decorate with your favourite toppings.
