*Offer commences 12.01am on AEDT 22 October 2025 and ends 11.59pm on AEDT 16 December 2025 (Offer Period). To be eligible for the $100 PetO e-voucher, customers must purchase a new Medibank Pet Insurance policy during the Offer Period using promo code PETO100, provide a valid email address, hold the policy for 90 continuous days and have paid all premiums in full. If you change your level of cover during the 90 day period you will be ineligible for this Offer. This Offer is available on a maximum of 2 new, eligible Medibank Pet Insurance policies purchased during the Offer Period, per customer (Offer). Please allow up to 10 business days after the 90-day holding period for your PetO e-voucher to be sent via email. The PetO e-voucher will expire on 30 June 2026. Only 1 e-voucher can be used per transaction, either online or in-store. The PetO e-voucher can only be used in a single transaction and any balance not used in the single transaction will be forfeited by the customer. Important note for South Australia and Northern Territory residents:

PetO does not currently operate retail stores in South Australia and only offers online delivery in this state. PetO does not currently operate retail stores or offer delivery in the Northern Territory. Customers residing in the Northern Territory who meet all eligibility criteria will receive a $100 Visa Digital Gift Card in lieu of the PetO e-voucher. This gift card will be delivered by a third party and subject to additional terms and conditions to be provided at the time of issue.  All other offer terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Offer only applies to new Medibank Pet Insurance policies purchased during the Offer Period, online or by phone using the promo code PETO100. Medibank and ahm health members can receive the Offer in addition to the 10% standard Medibank and ahm health member discount on the first year’s premium only.

Not available with any other offer except for:

• the existing Medibank and ahm health members standard discount, if applicable;
• the 5% multi-pet discount for additional pets, if applicable.

Staff members:

• Excludes Medibank and ahm staff members.
