According to our data, Western Australians just come out on top for the best overall fitness. But NT residents are actually doing the most exercise.

Looking at the types of exercise favoured by Aussies, walking was found to be the most popular form of exercise across all states and territories, ahead of jogging, swimming and going to the gym/lifting weights.
