Watch out Australia, the latest Medibank Better Health Index reveals we’re packing on the kilos, with both men and women having an average BMI in the ‘overweight’ range. Interestingly, of the two genders, men are more likely to fall into the ‘overweight’ category, while women are more likely to fall into the ‘obese’ category.
