What to do

  • 1. Soak the chia seeds for a minimum of 10 minutes.

  • 2. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  • 3. Blend until smooth.

  • 4. Pour into a bowl and serve with your favourite fresh fruits or dried fruits and nuts.
