Nothing beats using your own fresh produce or materials around the house. If you’re missing a thing or two, tick the items you need to add to your shopping list.
1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
1 small can of corn, rinsed and drained
1 avocado, cubed
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 green capsicum, sliced
Shredded cheese, such as cheddar or mozzarella
Jalna Greek Natural Yoghurt
Lime quarters, to serve
Coriander, stalks removed
Arrange all ingredients on a table in bowls and on plates.
Build tacos by filling tortillas with desired ingredients and topping with cheese, yoghurt, lime juice and coriander.
