Ingredients

Nothing beats using your own fresh produce or materials around the house.
If you’re missing a thing or two, tick the items you need to add to your shopping list.








What to do

    1. Blend nuts together to form a fine nut flour.

    2. Add all other ingredients and blend until a crumbly mixture forms.

    3. Empty mixture into a bowl and roll palm size scoops into balls.

    4. Chill in the fridge before serving and freeze prior to training.
