Better Minds are better engaged

Available to members with hospital cover, the Medibank Better Minds App is an online learning platform that’s backed by years of clinical research. Using proven techniques, the app empowers users to take a more proactive and hands-on approach to monitoring and managing their mental health.

For non-members

If you've been impacted by the cybercrime but do not have Medibank hospital cover, you can access the Better Minds app through Uprise.*

You'll need to enter the code 'medibank-cybsupport' to join, which will give you 12 months of complimentary access with Uprise after registering. This code is available to redeem within 12 months of the date of your data breach notification.

Customers can access all app features and tools, including wellbeing checks, skills development and one-on-one coaching as well as the cybercrime support module.
