We're opening up our web messaging services for eligibility checks for more hours.
Standard eligibility checks (Medibank, ahm and OSHC)
Available weekdays from 8:00am to 7:45pm (local Melbourne time), including all public holidays.
Urgent Eligibility Checks (Medibank members only; excludes ahm and OSHC)
Weekdays: Available until 11:00pm (local Melbourne time).
Weekends and Public Holidays: 9:00am to 9:00pm (local Melbourne time).
