From 16 June 2014 Medibank will no longer accept claims via electronic claiming terminals that are not processed on the day the service took place.
We believe this change in processing will affect a very small percentage of claims only. The majority of claims will be processed as normal and will not be affected by this change in any way.
If circumstances prevent your Medibank patients from making a claim via the terminal on the day of service, they still will be able to claim by using one of our standard claim channels (our secure member website, mobile app or via the mail).
