Oven roasted granola recipe

This granola is filling, festive and tastes fabulous. Serve with milk or with yogurt and fresh fruit.

What to do

    1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees.

    2. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

    3. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl until they are distributed evenly.

    4. Add the oil and maple syrup to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

    5. Line a flat oven tray with baking paper and spread the mixture evenly onto the tray. If you have excess granola, use two trays.

Tip: Add extra maple syrup or extra virgin olive oil if needed. Use any combination of dried nuts and fruits.
