How to register for My Medibank

Go to www.medibank.com.au.

If on desktop: Click Log in in the top right corner of the webpage.

If on mobile: Click the person icon in the top right corner.

Click the word Register in the pop-up window.

On the registration page, enter your 8-digit membership number (without the letter), first name, last name (ie. surname), and date of birth.

Click Next.

On the email confirmation page, type your email address.

This must be a unique email address. It can't be one already being used by another member on the policy, or even one you used for a previous policy.

Click Next.

Create a new password.

The password must be 7 to 40 characters long, and include at least one lowercase letter and at least one number.

Under Confirm password, re-enter the new password.

Click Register.

Check your email using the email address you provided.

Open the verification email from Medibank and click the link to continue.

You can now log in with your email and password.
