To log in to My Medibank, you need ensure you have registered for My Medibank.
You can do this in two easy steps:
Step 1: Register your details here. You'll need to provide your Medibank membership number (this is on your membership card), given name and surname, date of birth, and the email address you provided when you joined us.
Step 2: An activation email will automatically be sent to this email address. Click the activation link in the email to complete registration. Once you've done this, you'll be able to log in.

The activation link will expire after 7 days. After this time, you'll need to restart the registration process gain.
Check that the activation link was sent to you less than 7 days ago. If the activation link is older than 7 days, you'll need to restart the registration process again.
You can quickly and easily change your email address on My Medibank. Log in and click or tap on "Me". You'll be able to change your email on the contact details section. Once you save your new email address, a verification email will be sent to this address. You'll need to click or tap on the verification link within 7 days to confirm the change.

Each member on a policy needs to have their own unique email address to log in to My Medibank. This is for privacy and security reasons.
If someone on your policy doesn't have a My Medibank account connected to their email address, they can quickly and easily register and create an account using their email and policy details.

Have you recently updated your password? It's possible that when you updated your password it didn't save to your AutoFill extension or password manager. It's also possible that your device is remembering your previous password and is blocking access to the updated password details. Here's what you can try:
OSHC members have their own dedicated portal. If you have a Medibank Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), log in to the OSHC portal to make claims and manage your OSHC membership. If you have Medibank extras cover, log in to My Medibank to make extras claims.
