A refreshing breakfast, full of natural sweetness and energy-boosting goodness.
2 teaspoons white chia seeds
1 medium banana (120 g)
250 ml soy milk
1 tablespoon amazake
Small handful (10 g) baby spinach
1 heaped teaspoon green tea matcha powder
1 teaspoon minced or grated ginger
Use your favorite fruits. I like to use banana, strawberries, blueberries and desiccated coconut.
1. Soak the chia seeds for a minimum of 10 minutes.
2. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour into a bowl and serve with your favorite fresh fruits or dried fruits and nuts.
