MANAGE YOUR SHAREHOLDING

Shareholder communications

Medibank encourages shareholders to receive their communications electronically, as the most effective way to stay informed and to help Medibank with its commitment to sustainability and to Net Zero by 2050. You can make the switch by going to www.investorcentre.com/au and following the prompts; you will require your Securityholder Reference Number or Holder Identification Number (SRN/HIN) to make the change.

Shareholders can make a standing election to be sent certain documents in physical or electronic form (including annual reports and documents relating to shareholders’ meetings, such as notices of meeting or proxy or voting forms).  Shareholders can also make a one-off request to receive a document in physical or electronic form by contacting our share registry, Computershare (see the “Shareholder enquiries” section below for more details).

Shareholders can also elect not to be sent a copy of the Annual Report. The Annual Report will be publicly available to read on our website and the ASX platform.

We will issue notices of meeting electronically to shareholders who have provided a valid email address or not made an election, unless the shareholder has elected to receive a physical copy.

To update your preferences, go to www.investorcentre.com/au and follow the prompts.
