Make a Recover Boost claim

If you need to make a claim, we're here to help make the process as smooth as possible.

How to make a claim

Follow these easy steps to submit your claim:

1. Start by completing an online claim form via the link below.

This gives you the ability to provide details of your claim and attach any medical evidence that you may already have - like medical or hospital records.

2. This information then goes to Zurich, the insurer of Recover Boost, who assesses your claim and may ask for any additional information that they require.

We'll always work with you to make sure you understand what's needed and why.

For the full details on what we might ask for and how claims are assessed, please refer to the Recover Boost PDS.
