Medibank reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice from time to time. It is the customers' responsibility to ensure they hold an appropriate health cover product to meet their visa requirements.
2 weeks free terms: Member must maintain direct debit and keep policy premium payments up to date and hold eligible cover for 14 consecutive days from the policy start date to get next 2 weeks free. If the member changes to an ineligible cover during this period, or they terminate or suspend their cover, 2 weeks free will not be issued.
+Any Excluded service will be treated as an Included service where you require hospital treatment as a result of injuries sustained in an Accident after joining this cover and within 12 months of the date the Accident occurred. The Accident must have occurred in Australia while the cover was not suspended. Treatment must be sought within 7 days of the Accident. Excludes claims covered by third parties and our Private Room Promise.
