Members with hospital cover or members impacted by the bushfires can chat to experienced and qualified mental health professionals over the phone to discuss any mental health questions or concerns and get advice on what to do next.

Expert consultation from simple health information or advice to assessment of symptoms and advice for next steps. Search for support services and connection to ambulance service if necessary.
Who you can speak to
You will speak to a mental health professional who can provide advice and information in relation mental health issues or concerns. An interpreting service and relay service is also available for those who need it.
