What to do

  • 1. In a large teapot or iced tea jug, add the loose leaf tea and boiling water and leave to brew for 20 minutes.

  • 2. Strain and then place tea in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.

  • 3. When chilled add lime and pomegranate juice, and stir.

  • 4. Add ice and fresh lime slices to serve.
