Health insurance scams are consistently evolving. Scammers may impersonate us or other insurance providers, healthcare providers, or government officials to trick you into revealing personal information or paying for fake services.

As a good base rule, don't immediately click on a link in a message or email. If it's related to your health insurance, log on to My Medibank directly, or call us on 132 331.
