How to view your points balance and order history

Keep an eye on your points balance in real-time with the My Medibank app by tapping on ‘Live Better’ from the bottom toolbar and then tapping on ‘Points History’ towards the bottom of the page.

 

Click on each step below for detailed instructions:

Tap on 'Live Better' and click on the 3 dot menu located on the top right hand side of the page

Tap on 'Points history'

All of the points you have earned and redeemed will be visible

To view your order history tap in to the Rewards store by tapping on a reward or 'See all'

Click on the down arrow (v) in the top right hand corner

Click on 'My Orders' followed by 'Order history'

Click on the arrow (>) next to the Order # for more order information

Further information including the name and points amount of the reward will be displayed
