You can log in to My Medibank on the app or online.
Before you log in, you will first need to register for My Medibank.
To log into the My Medibank app, you need to download the app.
When you register using the app, you will be able to set up login with fingerprint/touch ID, PIN, password, or face recognition/ID. This will dictate how you login each time you use the app.
Open the My Medibank app.
The login screen will display.
If you set up login with fingerprint/touch ID, PIN, password, or face recognition/ID, follow the prompts.
Tap Log in.
If asked to accept the My Medibank Terms of Use, read and tap Accept.
The home screen will display. You are now logged in.
Go to www.medibank.com.au.
If on desktop: Click Log in in the top right corner of the webpage.
If on mobile: Click the person icon in the top right corner.
Click the red Log in button in the pop-up window.
Enter the email and password you used to register for My Medibank.
Click Log in.
The home screen will display. You are now logged in.
Changing your login details is easy on My Medibank, either online or on the app.
Leave your details and a Medibank expert will be in touch to take you through your options. In providing your telephone number, you consent to Medibank contacting you about health insurance.
